What investor maps, decks and websites cost a junior mining company.
These are Exploration Sites' published starting prices, before tax, with typical timelines. Other providers will differ, so treat them as one studio's numbers and a guide to where the money goes.
Investor maps
Locator, property, geology, geochemistry, geophysics and drill maps start at $1,200 each and typically take 3–7 business days. Static 3D isometric models start at $1,800. The biggest cost drivers are how clean the data is and how many layers the map has to reconcile.
Monthly news-release maps
Companies drilling steadily usually pay for capacity instead of single maps. On the News-Release Map Program, Cadence is $3,000 a month for up to 4 maps ($750 a map) and Active Drill is $5,000 a month for up to 8 ($625 a map), with no setup fee and a six-month minimum. Extra maps are $750 each.
Investor presentations
Corporate decks start at $5,000 and typically take 4–6 weeks. The price depends on how many maps and figures the deck needs and how much of the story is being rebuilt. A fact sheet starts at $1,200.
Investor websites
WordPress sites start at $12,000 and Webflow sites at $18,000; both typically take about six weeks. Managed hosting is $200 a month and includes an investor CRM and investor analytics; content updates are billed separately at $100 per half hour.
Branding and film
A brand identity starts at $2,500. Animated 3D GIS films start at $20,000 and typically take about six weeks, because they are built from the terrain, drilling and geological model rather than stock footage.
Buying several together
The Launch Package combines 8 maps, a deck, a fact sheet and a WordPress website for $25,000, against $27,800 if commissioned separately. Monthly retainers start at $1,900 a month on a 12-month term and keep existing maps, the deck, the fact sheet and the site current.
What moves the number
Three things matter more than page count. Data quality: clean collar, survey and assay tables cost far less to work from than scanned figures. Revision rounds: changes after the geology is settled are cheap, and changes to the story late in the job are not. Timing: rushed work around a financing leaves less room for both.
