The News-Release
Map Program.

When you’re drilling, every release needs a map — fast, on-brand, and consistent. We keep a locked, house-styled base for your project and turn each set of results into an investor-ready map on a set schedule. One monthly fee, no per-map back-and-forth.

From $2,500 / month · 4-month minimum · plus one-time setup

Your maps, on a cadence — not a quote.

Most news-release maps are the same map with new drill data. So we build your base once — the house-styled property base, the drill-hole and label template, the legend — and lock it. After that, each release is a fast, faithful update, not a fresh project.

You get a set number of maps every month, produced to one standard, with a 48-hour turnaround from clean data — two business days — and priority over one-off work. Predictable for your desk; consistent for your investors.

Pick the cadence that matches your drilling.

Every program is billed monthly with a 4-month minimum — one drill season — then continues month-to-month until you cancel.

Paying by card starts the program straight away. Prefer an invoice for your finance team, or a call before you commit? Use Talk to us first and we’ll set it up that way.

Plus a one-time base setup of $2,500, billed with your first month. Maps beyond your monthly tier are billed at the $750 member rate — vs $1,200 one-off. New base maps, cross-sections, 3D models, and area-play maps are quoted separately.

Program or retainer? A monthly retainer keeps your deck, fact sheet, site, and existing maps current at standard turnaround. The Map Program is built for drill season: new news-release maps on a 48-hour turnaround, ahead of all one-off work.

West Red Lake Gold, release after release.

West Red Lake Gold works on this cadence — around ten maps a month for its news releases at Madsen and Rowan, each built on the same locked base so every figure reads the same from one release to the next.

Accurate and informative images are essential in communicating exploration and mining news effectively. Dorian and his team handle this important job with precision and speed. They do far more than simply create images.

Written for the budget memo.

  • Term. A 4-month minimum — one drill season, four monthly payments — then month-to-month. Cancel any time after the fourth month.
  • Pause. Between programs, pause for up to six months with your locked base retained. Paused months don’t count toward the minimum. Come back within twelve months and the setup fee is never charged again.
  • Capacity. Your tier buys standing capacity and priority, not map inventory — unused maps don’t carry forward.
  • Turnaround. 48 hours means two business days from clean, complete data, for up to two maps per request. Larger batches get a delivery schedule agreed with you.
  • Billing. One-time base setup of $2,500, billed with your first month. Maps beyond your tier at the $750 member rate. Monthly, in CAD.

Companies in an active program.

If you’re drilling and releasing results on a regular cadence, a map should never be the thing that holds a release. The Program is built for explorers and developers with a steady flow of news — so every result lands with a clear, consistent, investor-ready map, and your house style compounds instead of drifting release to release.

Unreleased results stay unreleased.

The Program handles material information before it’s public, and we treat it that way. A standing NDA is available on request. Access is restricted to the team assigned to your account, and unreleased results are held off shared systems until your release crosses the wire.

Our staff do not trade in client securities. That’s a standing policy, not a case-by-case call.

Your data. Your QP’s sign-off.

The Program fits inside your disclosure process, not around it. Your team sends the data; we draft the map on the locked base; your Qualified Person reviews and approves it; then it goes out with the release. We never publish anything — approval stays with you.
